The large event-area comprises: Hall 1, with up to 4,000 places for conferences and congresses, or a maximum of 5.500 places in the standing option for concerts, including, in each case, the raked seating areas with about 2.600 seats; (Übersetzung: die Coca Cola Lounge/Saal 5)4 foyers; and 14 artists’ dressing rooms, which can also be used as offices.
Hall 1 is the quick-change artist in our house. Almost every type of event is possible there.
Congresses and seminars, shows and concerts, sports events and exhibitions, balls and TV productions, ice reviews and horse shows: the character of the event always determines the design and the fittings.
The sprung parquet floor with pitch markings for sport can be fitted out with goals, retaining nets, etc. and can accommodate every kind of ball game.
Otherwise, the floor is covered with carpet which can stand up to extreme requirements.
The raked (stand) seating on either side can be screened off from the body of the hall by means of folding walls. The total area without the raked seating amounts to 2,000 sq. metres and the headroom is 12 metres.
In live TV shows the whole of the hall interior is the scene of action. The audience watch the goings-on around the artists, presenters, camera operators and technicians.
In the ball option the hall sparkles in festive splendour. The hall’s own stock of props ensures a wide choice of decorations.
The hall possesses sufficient open power points and the usual magnitudes in CEE format.
